About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Vintage Records Specialist to join our team at Accolade Wines. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of our wine and spirit inventory, as well as generating reports for our winemaking and cellar teams.
Key Responsibilities- Process daily wine and spirit operation instructions with precision and attention to detail.
- Generate operational notes for dispatch, ensuring seamless communication with our teams.
- Prepare and consolidate spreadsheets for month-end and winemaking reports, providing valuable insights for our teams.
- Produce Vintage reports during the harvest period, highlighting key trends and statistics.
- Prepare count sheets for stock takes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our inventory management.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock quantities, maintaining the integrity of our records.
- Coordinate local, interstate, and external wine and juice movements, ensuring smooth logistics and supply chain management.
- You have a strong background in the wine industry, with a deep understanding of wine production and inventory management.
- You possess advanced knowledge of computer software packages, including spreadsheet and data analysis tools.
- You have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
