Job Overview:

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee operational activities and deliverables in accordance with contractual agreements
  • Maintain overall financial control of service delivery
  • Manage the delivery of refurbishment and lifecycle programs in line with asset management strategies
  • Liaise with client representatives, customers, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction levels meet or exceed expectations
Essential Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in a senior role within a service / facility management business
  • Exceptional staff management and process improvement skills
  • Strong commercial skills and broad exposure to technical issues
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment with a mix of infrastructure, equipment, and systems, and a wide variety of client groups
