Senior Service Delivery Manager

As a seasoned Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our Customer Operations team and drive exceptional service delivery. The successful candidate will lead and support a team of Senior and Escalation Specialists in resolving complex customer cases across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support a team of Senior and Escalation Specialists in resolving complex customer cases.
- Drive team performance through regular coaching, performance reviews, and targeted development plans.
- Monitor and manage key metrics including resolution time, escalation ratio, CSAT, FCR, and quality scores.
- Conduct quality evaluations and provide real-time coaching to ensure consistent service excellence.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in contact centres or operational teams, with exposure to Tier 2/3 escalations and complex case handling. They will be skilled in quality assurance practices, analytical, and tech-savvy with working knowledge of GDS platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
This is a full-time position based in Melbourne, Australia. Successful candidates joining this organization are required to undergo a National Police Record check and must have full-time Australian working rights on an ongoing basis.
