Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Leader to join our team at Lorna Jane Bondi Junction store. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer experience, people development, merchandising, and operational functions of the store to deliver on store targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales and Customer Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
    • Lead a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • People Development and Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to achieve their full potential
    • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Merchandising and Operations
    • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience
    • Manage inventory, stock levels, and store operations to ensure efficient and effective store management
  • Store Performance and Reporting
    • Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement plans to improve store performance and achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • Leadership and Management Skills
    • Proven leadership and management skills with experience in retail or a related industry
    • Ability to motivate and develop a team of sales associates
  • Customer Service and Sales Skills
    • Excellent customer service and sales skills with experience in retail or a related industry
    • Ability to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Merchandising and Operations Skills
    • Experience in visual merchandising and store operations with a focus on driving sales and improving customer experience
    • Ability to manage inventory, stock levels, and store operations to ensure efficient and effective store management
