About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Leader to join our team at Dental Corporation. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of Optometrists, Optical Dispensers, and Retail Assistants to achieve exceptional results and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth, improve processes, and implement new initiatives.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail or optical store leadership role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
