The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and style, with a strong background in garment construction and fabrications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the design team with setting up tech packs and requesting strike offs from factories.
  • Managing print strike off trackers and communicating with the design team regarding updates.
  • Coordinating with garment technicians to measure photoshoot samples and manage incoming samples.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of lab dips, strike offs, and trims.
  • Maintaining a well-organised workspace, including sample racks, print strike off racks, and fabric drawers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the fast fashion industry.
  • Tertiary education in Design is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to manage a high workload and meet tight deadlines.
