Marketing Specialist for Hospitality Industry

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at S2M Digital Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns for top hospitality venues in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and other platforms.
  • Develop and manage social media content, including Instagram and Facebook.
  • Optimize website content and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Manage Google My Business and Maps listings to enhance online presence.
  • Collaborate with designers and technical teams to create engaging event concepts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with freelancers and photographers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant marketing or a marketing agency role.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta paid advertising, email marketing, website content, social media, and SEO.
  • Excellent copywriting and caption writing skills.
  • Ability to create engaging content, including reels and Instagram feed curation.
  • Genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Availability to work at least 3 days per week from the Sydney office.
