Early Childhood Educator - Lead Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced educator to lead our early childhood programs.

Our Educational Philosophy

Our age-specific learning environments are designed to nurture development, with three spacious, natural outdoor play areas that invite exploration and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and educational experiences for children in our care.
  • Develop and implement engaging, high-quality educational programs.
  • Mentor and support educators to plan and deliver meaningful learning experiences.
  • Foster a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
  • Collaborate with families to ensure each child's learning journey is supported and enriched.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or actively studying towards one.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
  • Current Child Protection Training Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
  • Approved working with children Check.
  • Demonstrated passion for nurturing the next generation of learners.
