Role Overview

As a senior educator, you will have the opportunity to lead your own room and a team of dedicated educators in delivering exceptional educational programs.

  • Lead a team of educators in designing and implementing educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team and educational leader to observe, inform, and improve teaching practices through regular coaching and mentoring sessions.
  • Ensure safety and inclusivity in all learning experiences by creating a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.

With the support of our centre leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to grow in your role as an early childhood teacher through our extensive professional development program.

Requirements
  • Diploma in early childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the early years learning framework and national quality standards
  • Current QLD working with children check/blue card
