Strategic Planning Leader

We seek a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Manager of Contributions Planning.
This role plays a crucial part in planning, funding, and delivering essential infrastructure for the community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Contributions Planning Team and overseeing development contributions, planning agreements, and related financial management.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for managing development contributions.
- Prepare and deliver council initiatives in development contributions and contribute to long-term planning.
- Ensure contributions support the right projects at the right time.
The ideal candidate will have:
Key Qualifications and Skills- Excellent leadership and management skills with experience in project management.
- Proven ability to interpret relevant planning legislation and instruments.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree qualification in Town Planning, Asset Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, or Financial Management.
