Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Leader to shape the future of our organization. This role will play a vital part in guiding our Contributions Planning Team in delivering infrastructure for the community.

About the Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing staff, developing project plans, and tracking progress. They will be responsible for preparing and delivering initiatives, implementing and reviewing contributions plans, and overseeing financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Contributions Planning Team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage the collection and allocation of development contributions, ensuring transparency and fairness in the process.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including developers, architects, and engineers, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Councillors, Executive, and community groups.
