We are seeking an experienced Workplace Health and Safety expert to join our team. In this role, you will provide strategic direction and expert advice on workplace health and safety issues, trends, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and oversee the Organisational Zero Harm Management System to ensure a safe working environment.
- Drive a range of WHS initiatives to support key organisational outcomes and improve workplace safety.
- Provide strategic WHS advice and assistance to senior management to inform business decisions.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety, such as a degree or certification in WHS.
- Prior experience in developing and maintaining WHS management systems, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to contribute to a team.
- Experience analysing complex situations, data, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
