Job Opportunity

Travel Radar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with senior managers to develop and implement regional strategies;
- Provide guidance and support to local teams, including Editorial, Social Media/Marketing, Operations (HR, IT, Legal), Customer Service and Hub teams;
- Report on regional performance to the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Leadership Team;
- Foster partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth and revenue generation;
- Represent Travel Radar at industry events, conferences, and press visits;
- Participate in management meetings to contribute to overall company operations;

Requirements

- Proven experience in team leadership and supervision;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong delegation and teamwork skills, with a good understanding of cross-departmental working;
- A go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing business needs;

Desirable Skills/Traits

- Experience in managing volunteers or leading remote teams;
- Familiarity with the aviation and travel industries;
- Strategic management experience or a background in business administration;
- Strong business development and revenue growth skills;
- Knowledge of HR and business administration principles;
