Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Regional Growth Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceiving and executing regional business growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality proposals and tenders within the Asia Pacific portfolio, focusing on programs funded by major bilateral and multilateral donors.
  • Monitor emerging opportunities, support bid efforts, manage information, oversee core processes, and coordinate across teams.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners, driving business growth and collaboration.
  • Represent us externally, fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject; Master's degree preferred, particularly in international development or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience writing bids for key donors, with outstanding bid writing capabilities and comprehensive understanding of donor procurement cycles.
  • Nuanced understanding of Aid Programs and international development strategies, as well as experience in consulting or government sectors.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to build client relationships, and high degree of organizational ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience conceiving, developing, and delivering business growth strategies.
  • Significant international development experience, particularly in Asia-Pacific, with expertise in climate change, sustainable infrastructure, gender and social inclusion, transnational security, and economic governance.
