Lead Educator and Centre Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced early learning professional to join our team as Lead Educator and Centre Manager.
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our leadership team to drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. You will inspire and motivate your team members, foster respectful relationships with families, and engage with the local community networks.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development, allowing you to leverage your expertise and leadership skills to make a meaningful impact.
About the Role:- Support the Director in leading the team to deliver high-quality early learning and care services
- Mentor and develop the capabilities of the centre team
- Assume overall responsibility for centre management in the Director's absence
- Evaluate and implement best practices through the Goodstart Practice Guide

Located in New Auckland, our facility is conveniently situated near primary schools, parklands, shopping complexes, and the airport. We cater to children from six weeks to five years of age, offering a maximum daily capacity of 74 children.
Our outdoor playgrounds feature a harmonious blend of natural and man-made elements, including sandpits, a dry creek bed, vegetable patches, worm farms, chickens, beehives, compost areas, decking, trees, gardens, and shade structures.
