School Leader Role

The role of a School Leader is pivotal in shaping the educational landscape at our centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a team of educators to deliver exceptional programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.

To excel in this position, you must have a strong foundation in early childhood education, with a Diploma in Early Childhood being a minimum requirement. Your expertise in the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards will enable you to create engaging learning experiences that meet the unique needs of each child.
