We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to lead a team of dedicated professionals and deliver exceptional educational programs. As a Senior Educator, you will take charge of your own room and collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for leading a team of educators to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • You will have opportunities to participate in professional development and contribute to the growth and success of the centre.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
