As a Nightfill Manager, you will lead your team to achieve exceptional customer experiences. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about delivering high-quality results and providing excellent service.

About the Role

The Nightfill Manager will be responsible for planning and leading their team to deliver carton rate and drive availability. They will work closely with the store leadership team and team members to ensure that our customers have what they need while prioritizing sustainability commitments through recycling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and role model ways to delight our customers through Everyday ACTs - Acknowledge, Care & Thank.
  • Make safety a top priority for team and customers by ensuring correct processes are followed in store.
  • Provide leadership support to your team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Work well with others through collaboration to achieve great outcomes and grow your knowledge.
