
Nightfill Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our nightfill department and provide exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering results.
- Lead the nightfill team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and store performance.
- Work closely with store leadership to develop leadership skills and support career growth in retail.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maintain a great shopping experience for customers.
- Ability to engage customers and model Everyday ACTs - Acknowledge, Care & Thank.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to processes for the team and customers.
- Desire to learn department operations and provide strong support to the team.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Awareness of your leadership style and ambition to grow into a future leader.
- Willingness to contribute across stores to enhance the overall shopping experience.
