Job Title: Program Coordinators

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong productive and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Research, analysis, problem-solving, and managing competing priorities.
  • Design, develop, operationalise, analyse, and report outcomes for Compliance Programs.
  • Consulting with stakeholders to facilitate research, planning, and delivery of LMB programs.
  • Establishing and maintaining constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Undertaking risk assessment and risk management activities for compliance projects and programs.
  • Proactively monitor program outcomes and area performance for presentation to teams, including the Executive.
  • Lead by example and embody values, supporting others to do the same and addressing breaches of values.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong productive and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Well-developed skills in research, analysis, problem-solving, and managing competing priorities.
  • Well-developed skills to design, develop, operationalise, analyse, and report outcomes for Compliance Programs.
  • Sound knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire, legislation, policies and procedures relating to LMB operational activities.
Eligibility
  • Be an Australian Citizen.
  • Hold a Baseline security clearance.
