Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our Home Ownership Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by responding to and resolving a variety of requests and enquiries from across the banking network, brokers, solicitors, and builders.

The successful candidate will take ownership of customer requests and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. You will also provide solutions to our existing clients and new direct clients, managing relationships with partners and stakeholders across the business.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 12 months' customer service experience (any industry)
  • Ability to adjust to a high-paced, KPI-driven environment
  • A genuine interest in Banking and Financial Services
  • Happy to commute and work onsite at our Kogarah location
