Project Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to oversee the delivery of complex engineering projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have experience in capital works management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes
  • Managing third-party resources and suppliers
  • Developing and implementing engineering processes and procedures
  • Conducting design and design audits
  • Maintaining constructive stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering related field
  • 10+ years' experience in project management of capital works
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects over $20m in value
  • 10+ years' experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • Experience in new product development would be highly regarded
