Job Summary

We are seeking an Environment and Sustainability Manager to join our team. This role will support the Senior Management Team and work collaboratively with operational, commercial, and financial teams to implement our Sustainability Strategy and Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives aligned with our key pillars: People and Community, Enhancing Sustainable Productivity, and Responsible Stewardship.
  • Lead the development of a culture of sustainability awareness and commitment to our Sustainability Strategic Plans.
  • Manage external stakeholder relationships, including regulatory authorities and representative groups.
  • Support industry and community engagement on sustainability initiatives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on sustainability matters, including climate-related work, technology, emerging regulation, and reporting on relevant ESG frameworks.
Requirements
  • Qualified and technically proficient environmental professional with a degree in Environmental Science or similar.
  • Self-starter and team player with ability to work independently and handle multiple concurrent objectives.
  • High level of influencing, coaching, and negotiating skills with ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Travel to regional areas and internationally required.
