Workforce Reporting and Analytics Lead

Clough is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Reporting and Analytics Lead to join our HR Function based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Perth. As a key member of our team, you will lead the delivery of workforce reporting requirements and maintain large data sets to provide harmonized and integrated analysis of headcount actuals and forecasts.

As a Workforce Reporting and Analytics Lead, you will play a critical role in providing subject matter expertise to our business groups and projects on workforce statistics and demand profiles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise to the business groups and projects on workforce statistics and demand profiles.
  • Lead the delivery of workforce reporting requirements and maintain large data sets to provide harmonized and integrated analysis of headcount actuals and forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain reporting data, power BI, and other innovative tools to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and pre-contracts functions to identify project and growth target bench strength and capacity planning.
