About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Lead to join our team at Bluefin Resources. As an Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and contributing to the design and delivery of customer and marketing-led initiatives through advanced analytics, reporting, and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of three highly capable analysts, supporting their continued development and growth
  • Strategic evaluation and optimisation of the current customer analytics framework
  • Design and delivery of advanced analytics solutions including customer profiling, behavioural analysis, segmentation, experimental design, and hypothesis testing
  • Identify opportunities to standardise analytics solutions and reporting frameworks across the business
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading a team of analysts, essential
  • Technical skills in SQL along with either Power BI or Tableau; additional skills in Snowflake advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience in applying hands-on advanced analytics skills including but not limited to segmentation, profiling, behavioural analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design
  • Proven ability in working with diverse stakeholders to influence and drive analytics initiatives
