Procurement Excellence Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to drive business growth and optimise performance in our specialty fertiliser division.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance business outcomes
  • Negotiating mutually beneficial trading arrangements with key suppliers
  • Managing market intelligence and insights for internal stakeholders
  • Driving opportunities in the proprietary segment for specialty fertiliser
  • Ensuring accurate data maintenance, including pricing, rebates and margins
  • Identifying and executing continuous improvement initiatives

The successful candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, risk management skills and experience in the specialty fertiliser market.

They will also exhibit excellent influencing and communication skills, as well as the ability to form and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Tertiary qualifications in a related field are desirable but not mandatory.

The role is based in Melbourne, Australia and requires a mid-senior level candidate with full-time employment type and purchasing and supply chain job function.
