Procurement Leadership Role

We seek a skilled procurement leader to drive our specialty fertiliser business forward.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance business performance, leveraging commercial acumen and risk management expertise.
  • Negotiate advantageous trading arrangements with key suppliers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Share market intelligence and insights with internal stakeholders, informing strategic decisions.
  • Manage opportunities in the proprietary segment for specialty fertiliser, aligning with company strategy.
  • Oversee risk management in the global supply chain for proprietary brands, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Ensure accurate data maintenance, including pricing, rebates, and margins.
  • Lead continuous improvement through strategic initiatives.
  • Mitigate risks associated with domestic and international commodity markets.
Essential Requirements
  • Strong commercial acumen and risk management mindset.
  • Extensive experience in the specialty fertiliser market, from sourcing to field application.
  • Proven inventory management skills.
  • Ability to foster strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic and analytical skills.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all touch points.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Ag Business or similar are desirable but not mandatory.
