About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our kitchen team at the Courthouse Hotel in Tamworth. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the head chef to plan and implement innovative menus.
  • Ensure accurate stock management and control of kitchen supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns.
Requirements
  • Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Cook in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per annum, plus opportunities for career growth and development.
