Functional Performance Consultant

The role of a rehabilitation consultant is to play a vital part in helping individuals recover from injury or illness. Close collaboration with patients, employers, and healthcare professionals enables the identification and addressing of key factors impacting an individual's ability to return to work.
About the RoleThis position involves delivering comprehensive support to help restore an individual's highest level of functional performance through relevant assessments and interventions. Additionally, vocational counseling and well-being programs will be facilitated, incorporating training and upskilling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage return-to-work cases for injured workers under regulatory schemes
- Provide holistic support to promote the restoration of an individual's functional capacity through targeted assessments and interventions
- Deliver vocational guidance and facilitate wellness initiatives, including training and skill enhancement
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including individuals, employers, medical professionals, and allied health professionals
- Professional registration with the appropriate governing body, along with relevant qualifications
- A valid driver's license and access to personal transportation
- Ability to obtain necessary clearance checks
