We are seeking enthusiastic and versatile professionals to join our functions team on a part-time or casual basis in Port Macquarie. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, maintain floor cleanliness, provide exceptional customer experience, handle cash, and perform general cleaning duties as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, including table clearing, glass, and plate collection;
  • Provide high-quality customer service to members and guests, resolving any issues promptly and professionally;
  • Cash handling and managing float with minimal discrepancies;
  • Perform general cleaning duties, adhering to health and safety standards;

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a good level of physical fitness, an energetic and enthusiastic approach to work, strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a high standard of personal grooming. You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment to customer service, and ability to work in a team environment. Flexibility and reliability are essential, with a requirement to be available 24/7 for night, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
