Job Overview

The Senior Technology Implementation Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality customer-facing systems across multiple channels, aligning with our business vision.

Main Responsibilities
  • Evaluate project requirements and assess feasibility, resource allocation, risks, and costs.
  • Contribute to technical solution design, including system architecture, data models, and integrations.
  • Participate in system upgrades and implementation of new software versions and change processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and provide training and handover to users.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex system issues that require engagement with third-party vendors.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience working with In-Store Technologies/Applications such as Point of Sale.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional Consultant certifications are highly regarded.
  • Relevant IT industry certifications such as PMI/Prince2, ITIL Foundations.
  • Proven experience in solution design, process improvement, analysis, testing, and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A good understanding of Agile Methodology.
