Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to join our team in Maroochydore and Sunshine Coast Area. In this role, you will be the public face of the bank, delivering exceptional customer service and providing support to local branches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Have in-depth conversations with customers about their banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking, and Financial Advice.
  • Provide support to local branches, including travel to Nambour, Kawana, Coolum, Noosa, Gympie, and Caloundra.
  • Support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts, and process applications for credit products.
  • Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes.
  • Provide options for customers through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking options.
  • Problem solve and provide effective solutions while championing our processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in Financial Services, Retail, or Hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear way.
  • The ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity, and place the customer at the centre of everything you do.
  • Ability to work in a busy, commercial, and driven retail environment while seeing the big picture for customers and providing them with holistic solutions.
