We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team. This role involves providing direct care and supervision to young people in a residential setting.

As a Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, assisting with daily activities, and promoting a safe and positive living environment.

You will also build trusting relationships with young people, offering emotional support and guidance, and maintain accurate records and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people/children and possess relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Certificate IV in Community Services, Youth/Social Work, etc.

Additional requirements include a Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or being willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for young people.

Requirements
  • Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check or being willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement.
  • Available to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and sleepovers).
  • Valid Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Certificate IV in Community Services, Youth/Social Work, etc.
  • Experience working with young people/children.
