The role of a skilled aged care professional is to provide high-quality care and support to residents in a residential setting. As a registered nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and promoting the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver resident-centred care in accordance with individual needs and preferences.">
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans in consultation with residents and multidisciplinary teams.">
  • Supervise and mentor personal care staff to ensure safe and effective care delivery.">
  • Manage clinical procedures within your scope of practice and organisational policies.">
  • Evaluate and improve care practices to enhance resident outcomes.">
  • Liaise with medical and allied health professionals to ensure seamless care.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with AHPRA.">
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a residential aged care setting (2 years preferred).">
  • Availability to work some night shifts.">
  • NDIS Worker Clearance (mandatory).">
  • Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and commitment to resident-first care.">
  • Passion for delivering a person-centred approach to care.">
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature.">
