Job Opportunity: Digital Transformation Support

This is a unique chance to be part of our division-wide digital transformation by providing business process analysis support for the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.

As an experienced business analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ERP software implementation and business process modelling.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to implement a system that aligns with our business processes and provide support across various activities including detailed design, change impact assessment, data readiness, system testing, and end-user training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing and Quality Assurance
  • Training and Development

This fixed-term role offers a chance to gain exposure across diverse businesses and make a real impact every working day.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in business acumen, strong business process modelling skills, and experience implementing HR systems, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors.

They will also possess well-developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to actively participate in focus groups, workshops, and client interviews.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable post-graduate work experience
  • Aspirations towards broader roles in business management
  • Previous experience implementing HR systems
  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (preferred)
