The Opportunity:

Key Challenges in this role will be stakeholder management and coordination with the implementation process. The ideal candidate should have experience working on similar projects, preferably in HR system implementations.

Responsibilities include but not limited to testing and ensuring the success of the project throughout its duration. Excellent communication skills are required as well as experience working with internal and external stakeholders.

Detailed Design, Change Impact Assessment, Data Readiness, System Testing and End Users support are some of the key areas you would be responsible for.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience implementing HR Systems
  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (Preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to critically evaluate business processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
