We are seeking a skilled Senior Commercial Property Manager to manage our commercial property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in commercial property management, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in commercial property management
- Strong financial acumen and confidence managing budgets and reporting
- Clear, professional communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
This role offers:
- Up to $120 K base salary + super
- Uncapped commission potential for new business referrals (optional)

As a Senior Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio
- Serving as the primary contact for landlords, tenants, contractors & bodies corporate
- Overseeing lease renewals, rent reviews, terminations, and make-good processes
- Preparing and managing property budgets and outgoings
- Collaborating with the accounts team to deliver accurate reporting and financials
- Ensuring compliance and delivering an exceptional service experience
