About the Role

This role will be responsible for ensuring fantastic service is provided to all guests and residents by attending to matters outside of office including but not limited to noise complaints, supplying linen, washing tokens, change for games room, replacing light bulbs/heaters/kettles, electricity faults/safety switches and key to BBQ.

  • Support with cleaning duties across cabins, amenities, and common areas, keeping housekeeping and maintenance updated when rooms have been vacated or when residents or guests need support.
  • Conduct regular walk-arounds, lock-ups, and after-hours pool checks to ensure the park remains safe and secure.
  • Manage the night phone and assist with late check-ins when needed, being the friendly voice after hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to guest needs in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Perform daily rounds to ensure the park is secure and clean.
  • Assist with laundry and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a related field an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
