Lead Investigator Compliance Specialist

About the Role
As a key member of our enforcement team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and conducting thorough investigations. Your primary focus will be on undertaking investigative activities to identify and address alleged non-compliance of legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations into alleged breaches of legislation, including planning, data collection, and analysis.
- Exercise powers as an Authorised Officer under relevant acts, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout.
- Undertake compliance and enforcement investigation activities according to established priorities and procedures.
- Provide expert advice to stakeholders on Portable Long Service Leave matters and applicable legislation, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex investigations independently.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment, promoting a culture of open communication.
