Manager, Ethics and Compliance Officer

Role Summary:

As a Manager, Ethics and Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in leading our Ethics, Standards and Complaints unit. Your responsibilities will include conducting investigations of staff conduct, customer complaints and providing advice on integrity-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the Ethics, Standards and Complaints unit in conducting complex and sensitive investigations.
  • Providing advice on integrity-related matters to ensure organisational capability and responsiveness.
  • Developing and maintaining a reporting facility to identify key trends, risks and outcomes arising from misconduct, investigations and customer complaints.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Effective communication skills to delegate tasks effectively and provide clear direction.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills focused on organisational capability and responsiveness.
  • Experience leading and conducting complex and sensitive internal investigations.
