Vehicle Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Source vehicles from auctions and suppliers nationwide to meet the dismantling needs of operations.
- Manage warranty claims and provide over-the-phone assistance to troubleshoot faulty products.
About The Role:
This is a unique position that combines vehicle procurement and warranty support responsibilities. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing online auction listings, ensuring purchasing transparency, and optimising part selection using available data.
Warranty Support:
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to faulty products.
- Provide clear, step-by-step solutions over the phone to help resolve product concerns.
- Process all warranty paperwork accurately to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Workplace Health & Safety:
- Responsible for your own safety and the safety of others.
- Familiarise yourself with WHS policies, procedures, and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of the mechanical and automotive repair industry.
- Strong mechanical background with diagnostic capability across a variety of makes and models.
- Ability to troubleshoot product faults and provide step-by-step solutions over the phone.
- Experience using Pinnacle and Bid Buddy systems highly regarded.
