Support Worker Needed for Disability Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated support worker to provide high-quality assistance and care to people with disabilities. The successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of a team, providing a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and social inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and medication administration.

- Support clients in participating in community activities and social engagements, promoting their quality of life.

- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet clients' unique needs and preferences.

- Maintain accurate records of care provided, reporting any changes in clients' conditions or health status.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.

- Previous experience working with people with disabilities or similar roles demonstrating strong commitment to delivering quality care.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
