Disability Care Professional

We are seeking a Disability Care Professional to provide high-quality services and supports to individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering person-centered care, promoting independence, and fostering meaningful relationships with participants.
About the Role- Provide exceptional care services, implement behavior support plans, and build strong rapport with participants
- Support participants with community access and transportation, domestic and personal care, and daily living activities
- A compassionate, reliable, and experienced Disability Care Professional with experience working with clients transitioning into the community from various backgrounds
- Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent and a minimum of 12 months' experience
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Employee Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- A valid driver's license with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (desirable)
