Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Full Time Retail Assistant to join our team at our Bondi Junction store. As a Full Time Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and technologies
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging store environment, maintaining a clean and organized store appearance
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging store environment
Requirements
  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Availability to work a full-time rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
