About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Signature Care Operations in Wagga Wagga. As a Graduate Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our experienced clinical teams to maintain and enhance their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, ensuring their dignity, safety, and independence are maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Contribute to a supportive environment, promoting a culture of respect and dignity.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, including our structured 12-month graduate nurse program.
  • Meet the requirements of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Requirements
  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
  • Less than 12 months of post-registration clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • An understanding of professional, ethical, and legal requirements as a Registered Nurse.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team of like-minded care professionals.
  • An understanding of assessments and developing care plans.
  • Ability to learn to effectively communicate complex care plan needs to incoming residents and their representatives.
  • An understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated well-developed computer and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday day shifts.
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia (International Students on Graduate Visa are welcome to apply).
