Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Expert

This role is responsible for managing and enhancing sustainability and environmental performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational sustainability guidance to business leaders
  • Support sustainability requirements during project mobilisation and launch
  • Identify and manage sustainability opportunities and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise project outcomes
  • Facilitate workshops and training forums to drive sustainability initiatives
  • Support tender processes with sustainability technical input
  • Liaise with government bodies and stay up-to-date with regulatory changes
  • Establish and monitor key sustainability objectives and targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering, Science or related field
  • Specialist experience in environmental and sustainability management
  • Understanding of environmental statutes and legislation
  • Knowledge of tender requirements and project planning
  • Construction exposure for 5+ years
  • Able to work autonomously and facilitate workshops
