About Us

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our Urban Sustainability Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging programs and activities, as well as providing expert knowledge on sustainability topics.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver workshops and programs that promote sustainable living
  • Provide expert advice on sustainability topics
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of our sustainability program
  • Collaborate with other staff members on community partnership and capacity building projects

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • High standard of communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of key sustainability issues, including climate change and environmental conservation
  • Experience in community engagement and outreach techniques
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse community groups and stakeholders
