Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging and inclusive educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote child safety and well-being.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education and care.
- Relevant qualifications in an education and care related discipline (or working towards with completion within 12 months) or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Valid Working with Children Check Clearance Number.
- Child Protection course approved by the NSW Regulatory Authority (s162A Education and Care Services National Law) (or willing to obtain).
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate as approved by ACECQA (or willing to obtain).
- Completion of Food Handler/Safety Training (or willing to obtain).
- Current class C drivers licence.
- Proven skills and experience in education and care, customer service, communication, and time management.
