About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oosh Coordinator to lead our public school program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality before and after school care and holiday programs to local children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead and manage the daily operations of the Oosh service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • To create engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, using industry-leading programming tools.
  • To build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the school community, promoting a positive image of TheirCare.
  • To mentor and support your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be passionate about making a difference in children's lives, and have previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry (though not essential).

You will also need to hold a relevant qualification (such as ACECQA recognised studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services) and a current Employee Working with Children's Check valid in the relevant state. Additionally, you will be required to obtain a valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check.
