About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our Data and Analytics team at Superloop. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our business intelligence services and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Oversee the development and maintenance of Tableau reporting platforms, ensuring accurate and timely reporting metrics from various data sources.
    • Collaborate with data engineers to generate required datasets and create models and outputs that support business decision-making.
  • Team Leadership
    • Guide junior data analysts and disseminate best practices for data structure, dashboard design, and configuration.
    • Act as a mediator between data engineers and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and architect efficient data and analytics solutions.
  • Data Analysis and Insights
    • Undertake tailored data analyses to spot trends, identify patterns, and discover insights.
    • Craft visually engaging and effective data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to business stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and increase efficiency.
    • Implement automation and streamline reporting processes wherever feasible.
  • Documentation and Quality Assurance
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Tableau dashboards, data sources, and processes.
    • Perform quality checks on reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a BI data analyst, with a strong track record of collaborating with the business.
  • Proficiency with Tableau or equivalent BI tools.
  • Strong SQL skills for data querying, manipulation, and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation of data processes.
  • Experience working with large volumes of data and complex data models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with telecom industry preferred.
